This Brand & Intellectual Property Policy explains how the Manavgoat brand, content, platform features and digital materials may and may not be used.

By using Manavgoat, you agree to respect our intellectual property rights and the original work created for this platform.

1. Ownership of the Manavgoat Brand

Manavgoat is a Side and Manavgat-focused community platform and digital guide.

The Manavgoat name, logo, slogan, visual identity, written content, page structure, design style, platform concept, community system, maps, guides, categories, databases, digital features and related materials belong to Manavgoat unless otherwise stated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Manavgoat

- Manavgoat GO
- GoatMap
- GoatCommunity
- GoatDeals
- GoatGame

- Side Quest

- Apollo Rise

- Goat for Good
- "Not just your guide. Your goat."

- "Experience the Greatest Of All Time in Manavgat."

- Manavgoat logos, icons, graphics and visual elements

- website text, guides, descriptions and other original written content

- maps, route explanations and local guide structures

- community categories, rules, features and related content

- game concepts, ranks, names, mechanics and related content

- tools, interactive features, page structures and promotional formats

- original photos, illustrations, screenshots and media created by Manavgoat

- databases, lists, collections and curated local information

2. No Copying, Reproduction or Unauthorized Use

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, translate, adapt, scrape, download, distribute, sell, license, modify, imitate or reuse Manavgoat content, branding or platform materials.

This applies to the entire website and all Manavgoat products, features, tools, games, community areas and related materials, including GoatMap, GoatCommunity, GoatDeals, GoatGame and other Manavgoat experiences.

You may not copy Manavgoat content for use on another website, app, blog, social media page, travel guide, map, business page, advertising platform, printed material, AI dataset, commercial project or competing service.

3. Protected Platform Features

The structure and presentation of Manavgoat are part of our original platform identity.

You may not copy, clone or imitate the Manavgoat platform structure, including its naming system, guide and content formats, category system, map and local discovery structure, community groups, game-related features, deal formats, content hierarchy, page layouts or broader local discovery ecosystem.

Creating a similar service by copying Manavgoat's names, wording, structure, visual identity, categories, descriptions, guides, map content or community system is not allowed.

4. Manavgoat Names and Sub-Brands

The names Manavgoat, Manavgoat GO, GoatMap, GoatCommunity, GoatDeals, GoatGame, Side Quest, Apollo Rise and Goat for Good are part of the Manavgoat brand ecosystem.

You may not use these names, confusingly similar names, logos or branding elements for your own website, business, app, social media account, advertisement, travel guide, map, community, game, deal platform or commercial project.

You may not create accounts, pages, groups, domains, usernames, handles or services that suggest you are Manavgoat, connected to Manavgoat, approved by Manavgoat or officially representing Manavgoat.

5. Databases, Compilations and Structured Data

Manavgoat invests substantial time, effort and resources in collecting, creating, verifying, organising, curating, maintaining and presenting structured information used across the platform.

This may include databases, datasets, compilations and structured collections used in GoatMap, GoatGame, Side Quest, Manavgoat GO and other Manavgoat features, including information relating to places, areas, transport routes, map points, categories, local services, partners and other visitor information.

To the extent protected by applicable law, these materials and the investment, original selection, arrangement, organisation and presentation involved in their creation may be protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights, including applicable rights under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK) and equivalent rights available in other jurisdictions.

Unless permitted by law or expressly authorised by Manavgoat, you may not:

• extract, copy or reproduce all or a substantial part of a Manavgoat database or structured collection;

• repeatedly or systematically extract or reuse smaller parts in a manner that reconstructs, substitutes for or materially reproduces a Manavgoat database;

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download, harvest or otherwise collect Manavgoat data for republication, resale, redistribution or creation of a competing or substantially similar database or service;

• mirror, republish, license, sell or commercially exploit Manavgoat databases or substantial collections of their contents;

• use automated methods to circumvent technical measures, access controls or usage restrictions intended to protect the platform or its data.

Normal personal use of Manavgoat and its tools and features as intended, viewing individual content and sharing links to Manavgoat pages are permitted.

Individual facts, public information and independently obtainable information do not become the exclusive property of Manavgoat merely because they appear on the platform. Nothing in this Policy prevents another person from independently researching facts or creating their own database from independent or original sources without copying, extracting or systematically reproducing Manavgoat's protected materials or databases.

Attribution alone does not grant permission to reproduce or reuse material where permission is otherwise required.

Any statutory exceptions, user rights or other mandatory rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Limited Personal Use

You may use Manavgoat for personal travel planning, reading, sharing links and participating in the community.

You may share a normal link to a Manavgoat page on social media, messaging apps or personal blogs, provided that you do not copy the full content, remove credit, present the content as your own or use it for commercial purposes.

Short quotations may be allowed only when they are clearly credited to Manavgoat and include a link to the original page. Full copying, substantial copying or systematic reuse is not allowed.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may post questions, comments, reviews, photos, tips and other content in Manavgoat community areas.

Users keep ownership of the content they personally create, but by posting on Manavgoat, they give Manavgoat permission to display, store, moderate, format, edit, remove, share and promote that content within Manavgoat and its related features.

Users must not post content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload photos, text, logos, screenshots, maps, guides or media that you do not own or have permission to use.

8. Third-Party Content

Some content, links, maps, embedded tools, offers, services or references on Manavgoat may come from third-party providers.

Third-party trademarks, names, services, maps, logos or materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Manavgoat does not mean that Manavgoat owns them or is officially endorsed by them unless clearly stated.

9. Business and Commercial Use

Businesses, agencies, hotels, restaurants, tour operators, transport providers, real estate services, advertisers and other commercial parties may not use Manavgoat branding, content, names, logos, screenshots, maps, guides, community content or platform structure for commercial purposes. 

You may not use Manavgoat content to promote your own business, create competing guides, sell tours, advertise services, build customer lists, generate leads or make commercial claims.

10. Prohibited Uses

The following are strictly prohibited:

- copying Manavgoat pages, guides or descriptions

- copying GoatMap, GoatCommunity, GoatDeals, GoatGame or other Manavgoat product concepts or structures

- using Manavgoat names, logos or slogans
- creating a confusingly similar brand, website, app, group or social media page
- scraping or extracting Manavgoat data
- using Manavgoat content for AI training or datasets
- reposting Manavgoat content
- using Manavgoat content for commercial travel guides, maps, tours, ads or listings
- removing Manavgoat branding or attribution from screenshots or shared material
- pretending to be Manavgoat or an official representative of Manavgoat
- using Manavgoat content in a way that damages the brand, misleads users or creates confusion

11. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

If you believe that someone is copying, stealing, misusing or imitating Manavgoat content, branding, platform features or original materials, please contact us.

12. Enforcement

Manavgoat reserves the right to take action against unauthorized use of its brand, content, platform features or intellectual property.

Failure to enforce this policy immediately does not mean that Manavgoat waives its rights.
