This Brand & Intellectual Property Policy explains how the Manavgoat brand, content, platform features and digital materials may and may not be used.
By using Manavgoat, you agree to respect our intellectual property rights and the original work created for this platform.
1. Ownership of the Manavgoat Brand
Manavgoat is a Side and Manavgat-focused community platform and digital guide.
The Manavgoat name, logo, slogan, visual identity, written content, page structure, design style, platform concept, community system, maps, guides, categories, databases, digital features and related materials belong to Manavgoat unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- GoatPlaces
- GoatBlog
- GoatCommunity

- deal structures, page layouts and promotional formats
- original photos, illustrations, screenshots and media created by Manavgoat
- databases, lists, collections and curated local information
2. No Copying, Reproduction or Unauthorized Use
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, translate, adapt, scrape, download, distribute, sell, license, modify, imitate or reuse Manavgoat content, branding or platform materials.
This applies to the entire website and all Manavgoat features, including GoatMap, GoatPlaces, GoatBlog, GoatCommunity, GoatDeals and GoatGame.
You may not copy Manavgoat content for use on another website, app, blog, social media page, travel guide, map, business page, advertising platform, printed material, AI dataset, commercial project or competing service.
3. Protected Platform Features
The structure and presentation of Manavgoat are part of our original platform identity.

You may not use these names, confusingly similar names, logos or branding elements for your own website, business, app, social media account, advertisement, travel guide, map, community, game, deal platform or commercial project.
You may not create accounts, pages, groups, domains, usernames, handles or services that suggest you are Manavgoat, connected to Manavgoat, approved by Manavgoat or officially representing Manavgoat.
5. No Scraping, Automated Copying or Data Extraction
You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated tools, AI tools or other methods to extract, copy, collect or reuse Manavgoat content, place data, map data, community content, guides, images, page structures, listings or databases.
You may not use Manavgoat content to train, improve or feed artificial intelligence systems, datasets, travel databases, local guide platforms or competing services
6. Limited Personal Use
You may use Manavgoat for personal travel planning, reading, sharing links and participating in the community.
You may share a normal link to a Manavgoat page on social media, messaging apps or personal blogs, provided that you do not copy the full content, remove credit, present the content as your own or use it for commercial purposes.
Short quotations may be allowed only when they are clearly credited to Manavgoat and include a link to the original page. Full copying, substantial copying or systematic reuse is not allowed.
7. User-Generated Content

- removing Manavgoat branding or attribution from screenshots or shared material
- pretending to be Manavgoat or an official representative of Manavgoat

11. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
