Welcome to Manavgoat.

This Photo & Media Policy explains the rules for uploading, sharing or posting photos, videos, screenshots, images, graphics, documents, audio or other media on Manavgoat.

It applies to community posts, comments, reviews, place pages, support topics, GoatGame content, profile content and other user-generated media.

By uploading or sharing media on Manavgoat, you agree to this Photo & Media Policy.

1. Main Purpose

Photos and media shared on Manavgoat should help tourists and international visitors discover Manavgat, Side and the surrounding area.

You may share media such as:

  • Travel photos

  • Place photos

  • Beach, nature, landmark or activity photos

  • Food and drink photos

  • Useful route or location photos

  • Event photos

  • Personal travel memories

  • GoatGame score or rank screenshots

  • Screenshots that clearly report a Manavgoat issue

Media should be helpful, respectful, relevant and safe.

2. Only Share Media You Have the Right to Use

You may only upload or share media if:

  • You created it yourself, or

  • You have permission to share it, or

  • You are legally allowed to use it

Do not upload copyrighted photos, videos, graphics, screenshots, logos, maps or other media that you do not have permission to use.

Manavgoat may remove media that appears to violate copyright, intellectual property rights or ownership rights.

Responsibility for Photos and Media

Members are responsible for any photos, videos, screenshots, images, graphics or other media they upload or share on Manavgoat.

By sharing photos or media, members confirm that they own the content or have the necessary rights, permission or legal basis to share it.

Members must not upload or share media that violates privacy rights, image rights, intellectual property rights, personal rights, business rights or applicable law.

Manavgoat is not responsible for legal issues, disputes, claims, damages or consequences arising from photos or media shared by members, to the extent permitted by law.

Manavgoat may remove, restrict or moderate photos and media that violate this policy, other Manavgoat policies or applicable law.

3. People in Photos

Respect people’s privacy.

Do not upload private, close-up or identifiable photos of people without permission, especially if the photo may embarrass, expose, target or harm them.

Be extra careful with:

  • Children

  • Hotel guests

  • Beach visitors

  • Restaurant or shop staff

  • Drivers, guides or workers

  • Medical staff or patients

  • Police, officials or security staff

  • People involved in accidents, emergencies or disputes

Photos that target, shame, expose or damage someone’s reputation may be removed and may result in account restriction or permanent ban.

4. Children and Minors

Do not post identifiable photos or videos of children without appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Do not post children in unsafe, private, embarrassing, sexualized, exploitative or harmful contexts.

Manavgoat may remove child-related media at any time for safety or privacy reasons.

5. No Private or Sensitive Information

Do not post media that contains private or sensitive information, including:

  • Phone numbers

  • Home addresses

  • Hotel room numbers

  • Passport or ID details

  • Booking numbers

  • License plates

  • Private messages

  • Medical documents

  • Financial information

  • Personal documents

  • Security camera footage

  • Information about another person without permission

Blur or remove sensitive details before posting.

6. No Naming, Shaming or Targeting Through Media

Do not use photos, videos, screenshots or other media to attack, blame, shame, expose or damage the reputation of any person, business, place or institution.

Do not post media as a revenge post, public accusation, harassment attempt or reputation attack.

This includes media targeting:

  • Drivers

  • Guides

  • Hotels

  • Restaurants

  • Cafés

  • Shops

  • Agencies

  • Tour companies

  • Transfer companies

  • Landlords

  • Real estate offices

  • Hospitals or pharmacies

  • Public offices

  • Local authorities

  • Community members

Targeting people, businesses, places or institutions may result in content removal, account restriction or permanent ban.

7. Not Allowed Media

The following media is not allowed:

  • Copyrighted media used without permission

  • Private photos shared without consent

  • Photos or videos used to shame or target someone

  • Graphic violence, injury or disturbing content

  • Sexual or exploitative content

  • Hate symbols or discriminatory content

  • Illegal content or illegal service promotion

  • Fake, misleading or manipulated media presented as real

  • Spam, advertising or promotional media

  • Screenshots of private conversations without permission

  • Sensitive documents or personal data

  • Media that spreads panic, rumours or misinformation

  • Content that violates Manavgoat rules, Terms of Use or applicable law

 
8. Event, Business and Place Media

You may share photos from public places, events, beaches, restaurants, hotels, shops or attractions when the media is respectful, general and useful.

However, do not use media to advertise, promote, sell, shame, accuse or target a business or person.

Business owners, organizers or service providers must not use photo posts for unauthorized advertising, repeated promotion, discount spam, WhatsApp sales or "book now" posts.

9. GoatGame Media

You may share GoatGame score, rank or result screenshots where appropriate.

Do not spam game screenshots, manipulate ranks, harass other players or use GoatGame media for advertising or offensive content.

10. Manavgoat’s Use of Uploaded Media

By uploading media to Manavgoat, you confirm that you have the right to share it.

You keep ownership of your own media, but you give Manavgoat permission to display, store, format, moderate, remove or use that media within Manavgoat and related Manavgoat features.

This may include showing media in posts, comments, profiles, community areas, place pages, galleries, support topics or other Manavgoat features.

 
11. Removal and Moderation

Manavgoat may remove, hide, edit, restrict or report media that violates this Photo & Media Policy, Content Policy, Community Guidelines, Terms of Use, group rules or applicable law.

We may remove media even if it was posted without bad intention, especially if it creates privacy, safety, copyright or reputation risks.

We may issue warnings, temporary bans or permanent bans depending on the violation.

Advertising and media used to target people or businesses may result in a permanent ban.

12. Reporting Media

If you believe a photo, video, screenshot or other media violates your rights, privacy or Manavgoat rules, contact us with clear details.

Please include the page or post where the media appears and explain the issue.

13. Changes to This Photo & Media Policy

We may update this Photo & Media Policy from time to time.

If we make important changes, we may update the "Last updated" date or provide notice on the website.

Your continued use of Manavgoat after changes means you accept the updated Photo & Media Policy.
