This Content Policy explains what kind of content is allowed and not allowed on Manavgoat, including community posts, comments, reviews, questions, tips, stories, photos, media, game ranks, support topics and other user-generated content.

Manavgoat is a Side and Manavgat-focused community platform and digital guide. Our community exists to help tourists and international visitors ask questions, share real experiences, exchange useful tips and discover Manavgat, Side and the surrounding area in a respectful way.

By posting content on Manavgoat, you agree to this Content Policy.

Content on Manavgoat should be helpful, respectful, relevant and useful for visitors.

You may share:

  • Transport, food, stay, safety and activity questions

  • GoatMap, GoatPlaces, GoatBlog, GoatDeals, GoatCommunity or GoatGame feedback

Manavgoat is not a place for advertising, selling, spam, public accusations, reputation attacks, harassment, personal disputes or harmful content.

 
2. Allowed Languages

Community content must be posted in one or more of these languages:

Turkish posts are not allowed in community areas unless Manavgoat clearly allows an exception.

Turkish-only posts may be removed and may result in a temporary ban.

3. Advertising and Commercial Content

User advertising is not allowed unless clearly approved by Manavgoat.

Not allowed:

  • Business promotions

  • Tour offers

  • Transfer offers

  • Rental offers

  • Hotel or apartment offers

  • Real estate ads

  • Job ads

  • Discount codes

  • Affiliate links

  • WhatsApp sales messages

  • Private commercial offers

  • Repeated commercial posts

  • "Book now" style posts

Advertising or commercial misuse may result in content removal, account restriction or permanent ban.

4. Naming, Shaming and Targeting

Do not use Manavgoat to attack, blame, shame, expose, threaten or damage the reputation of any person, business, place or institution.

Do not post:

  • Names in accusations

  • Phone numbers

  • Addresses

  • License plates

  • Private messages

  • Personal details

  • Documents

  • Booking details

  • Direct accusations

  • Revenge posts

  • Rumours or unverified claims

Targeting people, businesses, places or institutions may result in content removal, account restriction or permanent ban.

You may share experiences in a respectful, general and helpful way, but Manavgoat is not a place for public accusations or reputation damage.

 
5. Reviews and Opinions

Reviews and opinions are allowed when they are respectful, useful and general.

You may explain what you liked, what you did not like and what future visitors should know.

Reviews must not include insults, threats, personal attacks, private information, unverified accusations or attempts to damage a person, business or place.

Fake reviews, paid reviews, revenge reviews and promotional reviews are not allowed.

  • Content that violates Manavgoat rules, Terms of Use or applicable law

Responsibility for User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you share on Manavgoat. This includes posts, comments, photos, profile details, reviews, tips, stories, screenshots, media and any other user-generated content.

Do not share content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, offensive, promotional, copied without permission, private, defamatory, harassing, threatening or violates the rights of another person, business, organization or authority.

By sharing content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to share it.

Manavgoat is not responsible for user-generated content or for any legal issues, disputes, claims or damages that may result from content shared by members, to the extent permitted by law.

Manavgoat may remove or restrict content that violates this policy, other Manavgoat policies or applicable law.

7. Sensitive Topics

For emergencies, medical problems, legal matters, missing persons, visas, residency, official documents, police matters or serious safety concerns, contact the relevant official authorities directly.

Manavgoat is a community guide, not an official authority, medical provider, legal advisor, financial advisor, emergency service or law enforcement body.

Community content about sensitive topics should be factual, calm and helpful. Do not spread panic, rumours or unverified claims.

8. Events and News

Event posts are allowed only when they are clear, factual and useful.

Event posts should include date, time, location, price or free entry information and a short description.

Event sharing must not become advertising, spam, discount promotion, private sales, WhatsApp sales or "book now" posting.

News posts should be relevant to Manavgat, Side or the surrounding area. Do not spread misinformation, rumours, panic or political fights.

9. GoatGame Content

GoatGame content should be fun, respectful and relevant.

You may share game scores, ranks, results and gameplay feedback where appropriate.

Do not spam scores, cheat, manipulate rankings, harass other players, post offensive content or use GoatGame for advertising.

Support topics are for clear reports, suggestions, corrections and feedback about Manavgoat features.
